RETURNS & SHIPPING

Shipping & Local Pickup:

Shipping is calculated by weight. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. All orders placed online will be processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed (business days do not include weekends or holidays).

Live locally and want to save on shipping? We offer FREE in-store pickup for online orders. Just choose “Local Pickup" at checkout and shipping fees will be waived. We appreciate YOU shopping with us and supporting local small businesses!!

Return Policy:

We will gladly accept unworn items, with tags attached, for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept any returns after 14 days. All sale items are final sale. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Online order returns must be postmarked within 14 days. Shipping costs for all returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.     Condition of Returned Merchandise:
    All merchandise must be returned in its original condition: tags attached, unworn, unwashed, fragrance/odor/deodorant free, receipt included, shoe box included + in the same condition as when purchased. If items show any signs of wear or fall outside of the conditions set above, store credit will not be issued, and items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

    Damaged Items:
    All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If you find that an item is damaged or defective, please send a photo as well as a description of the issue to thepearlboutiquellc@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving your items. We will contact you within 2-3 business days to resolve the issue.

    Extended Holiday Return Policy:

    Our Holiday Return Policy has started! If you purchase a gift between now and 12/22, the recipient will have until Sunday, January 5th to return the item. For online orders, please leave a note in the order notes that it is a gift so we can include a gift receipt. We will gladly accept unworn items, with tags attached, for store credit only. We will not accept any holiday returns after January 5th.     Exchanges:

    We do not offer online exchanges due to the small quantities of each collection. If you wish to order a different size, please place a new order, and follow our return policy for steps to return your original purchase. We do, however, accept in-store exchanges at our location in New Richmond, WI. Due to the small quantities of collection pieces, please call (651-231-7510) or email (thepearlboutiquellc@yahoo.com) to inquire about the availability of your desired size.  

      Pearl Rewards:

      Pearl Rewards may be redeemed in-store with our punch card! Each punch card has 10 punches. You will receive one punch for every $10 you spend with a max of five punches per visit. Once you have ten punches, you will receive $10 off your next purchase.
